How long does delivery take?

At Mills Melbourne, we are committed to sustainability and the environment. Instead of shipping small, individual orders daily, we batch orders and ship them in bulk once a minimum threshold is reached. What is your return policy?
Would you like to return an order? Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must arrange the return shipment themselves.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once this has been completed.
What happens if my returned product is damaged?
We cannot provide a refund for damaged or used items. Please ensure that returned products are in their original condition.

Where is my package?
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking notification. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Why is my tracking number not working?

Can I exchange an item?
