If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We work hard to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the products they buy from us. In case you have any issues see below are return & refund information.

- 30 day Return Window:
Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receiving the product. We accept accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Returning the purchased items is at Customer responsibility & expense.

- Return & Refund Processing:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days to you. You will receive a confirmation email.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Would you like to exchange or return a product? You can do so within 30 days.

  • State in the email itself your details and the reason for the return/exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged. Please contact your local carrier, for example AusPost, what the exact return shipping costs will be.
We recommend to always send your returned items with a track & trace number and kindly ask you to share the number with us by email.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

- Refund Conditions: A refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.

- Refund Processing time: After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

- Refund Methods: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Our cancellation policy is within 24 hours.

If the customer does not receive the package, it will be forwarded to the post office where the customer can pick it up. where the customer can pick it up.
